How to place an order?

Immediately after booking, we will receive a confirmation email and provide you with your ticket number and pin code. You should receive this information as confirmation of your application. If you can’t print it, don’t worry. Just write down your ticket number, and when you arrive here, please contact us in any convenient way.

How can we find out the departure time for a tour from our hotel?

We pick up all our clients from their place of residence for free and bring them back at the end of the tour. You can receive confirmation by email and you do not need to pay additional fees for transfers from regions.

Do I need to reconfirm my booking after checking in?

No, this is not necessary. You must be present in the hotel lobby at the reception at the time that we indicate to you in the application. You don’t need to make any calls.

Can I confirm the application again by phone?

It completely depends on your wishes. If you want, you can call us around the clock and get information about your tour or ask clarifying questions again. We will be happy to answer them.

From which regions of Turkey do you pick up on excursions?

We will deliver our customers free of charge from Alanya, Mahmutlar, Konakli, Avsallar, Turkler, Okurcalar, Oba, Tosmur and from anywhere on these routes. You can contact us if you are not sure in which area the hotel is located. In addition, we organize excursions from all villages in the Side region, Kemer, Belek, Antalya, Marmaris. Check with our managers for the exact time of departure from your hotel.

Do I need to leave the hotel?

We pick up our clients from their hotels. To do this, we need to give us the full address, and we must determine your location as accurately and correctly as possible. Please contact us with such questions.

Do I need to provide my room number?

No, you don’t have that obligation. But having your room number, it will be easier for us to find you in case of your lateness or misunderstandings over time. If we cannot simply find our clients at the hotel where they are, then we ask the receptionist to contact you at the room number. Your number gives you more benefits. If you book excursions before checking into the hotel, you must provide your full name. This will make it easier for us to find your hotel room.

How to find us at the hotel?

It will be easy for us to see you in front of the hotel on any of the excursions. Since some hotels are not allowed in, we recommend that you wait outside the hotel door or at the gate where the hotel security is on duty. We make an announcement for you in the security section if needed. Please contact us in case of delay.
