Are there any hidden costs?

We believe in transparency and great value. Our “All-Inclusive” price covers everything you need for a fantastic day:

For those who want to get in the water but aren’t confident swimmers, we have life jackets available on board for your safety and peace of mind. You can float and enjoy the refreshing sea without any worry.

I am staying in an Airbnb or a private villa, not a hotel. Can you still pick me up?

Yes, we can! Our transfer service covers the entire Alanya, İncekum, and Avsallar region. When you book, simply provide us with your full address or the location of a nearby landmark or hotel. We will arrange the closest and most convenient pickup point for you and confirm the exact time. Our goal is to make your journey to our boat as smooth and hassle-free as possible, no matter where you are staying.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my tour? What is your cancellation policy?

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. The captain makes the final decision on sailing based on sea conditions. In the rare event of severe weather forcing us to cancel the tour, you will have two options:

  1. Reschedule for Free: We will happily book you onto the next available tour that suits your schedule, at no extra cost.

  2. Receive a Full Refund: If you cannot reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.

If you need to cancel your own booking, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour’s departure time.
